The Düsseldorf-based Navigator Group, led by Navigator Management GmbH, is a mid-sized, owner-managed investment holding. We invest primarily in companies with an increased need for hands-on management.
Our focus is on business units that no longer belong to the seller's core. We also take on individual succession situations. Our objective is always the same: to embark on a course of sustainable growth.
To pursue our long-term approach, we primarily finance projects through our own funds, co-investors, and financing partners. This allows us to react quickly – transactions with us can be handled flexibly, swiftly, and with high operational efficiency.
