Christian Muschick began his career in strategy consulting, but switched to investment banking early on. As head of the financial services and insurance team and later as deputy head of research and COO of Silvia Quandt Research GmbH, he acquired a reputation as one of the leading German industry experts and supported a large number of companies in the implementation of capital market projects. In the private equity sector, he was a partner at Callista Private Equity, for which he managed deal sourcing and accompanied spin-off and restructuring projects in Germany and France.
Dr Jochen Brinkmann can look back on many years of experience as a restructuring consultant and interim manager. He began his professional career in strategy consulting and specialised in the support of turnaround situations early on. In the past ten years, he has held management positions at LEK Consulting, Mazars Consulting, Roland Berger and hww Unternehmensberater, among others, with responsibility for restructuring and optimisation issues. For Westhelle & Partner he guided companies through tough adjustment processes in the insolvency environment. He was a member of the advisory board of ApolloProScreen KG and is a lecturer at the University of Nürtingen-Geislingen and the University of Applied Sciences Kufstein.
